🚩Sat., June 20 – JUNETEENTH MARCH

Arrive at City Hall by 8:30am, Step off for parade is at 9:00am – Although this is a volunteer opportunity, the expectation is that you attend if you are able. Flags, candy, community! --- Color Guard Attire ~ Black shorts, tennis shoes, and green ‘Texas’ shirt. The parade is about 1.25 miles. ***DROP OFF AT CITY HALL. END OF ROUTE IS AT THE DICKEY-GIVENS CENTER AT ROBINSON PARK.*** There is a free brunch afterward at the Dickey-Givens center, if you are interested.

5:45a Band Hall Opens, 6:15a Depart

This is an over-night trip.

🚩Wed., July 1st – Independence Day decorating of the Moody Museum. 5:00-6:00pm. Volunteer opportunity ~ only 3-5 members needed

🚩July 2: Full Color Guard Practice (8:30a-4:00p) – @ Main Street Elementary (bring money for lunch OR bring your own)

🎺🚩July 3: Band & Guard PARADE PRACTICE (9a-11a) @ THS

🎺🚩July 4: Fourth of July Parade

9:00a Parade Begins

🚩Mon., July 6^th – Independence Day break down of the Moody Museum. 10:00am-11:00am Volunteer opportunity ~ only 3-5 members needed

🚩July 8: Color Guard Weapon Practice (9:00am-noon @THS Band Hall)

🚩July 11: Dance Clinic for Color Guard (9:00am-1:00pm @MSE Gym – water and morning snack provided)

🚩July 15: Color Guard Weapon Practice (9:00am-noon @THS Band Hall)

🚩July 23: Color Guard New Member Practice (9:00am-4:00pm @THS Band Hall and AUX Gym. Pizza will be provided for lunch.)

🎺🚩July 27 – Full Summer Marching Band Begins (Band & Guard)

July 27 – 31 Full Band/Guard Camp 8am-4pm (Color Guard will be bussed to MSE for practice 1:00-5:00pm excluding Friday. Guard does NOT have afternoon practice on Friday.)

Aug 3-7 Full Band/Guard Camp (TBD) – Color Guard will have practice at MSE from 1:00-5:00pm each day. Guard does NOT have afternoon practice on Friday.)

Aug 8 – Duck Day (AM)

Aug10-11 Full Band Camp (TBD) Color Guard will have practice at MSE from 1:00-5:00pm each day.
