Taylor High School

Parents or guardians of new students should present the following items for their child at the time of registration:

1.  Birth certificate
2.  Immunizations record
3.  Proof of residence in the school district

• Students must live with their parents or legal guardians.
• Lease agreement, if renting
• Contract of sale, if purchasing
• Current utility bill (water, electric or gas) indicating the address and the adult’s name
• Last report card or withdrawal form from the previous school/district unofficial transcript

       4 . Social Security card or copy of the card
