2021 Tryout Info
ALL participants MUST have a physical and medical history on file with the trainer. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Tuesday August 3rd
We will have a conditioning portion of the try-outs. Please prepare yourself properly by regularly completing sprints (short and long), middle distance runs (400s), and endurance type workouts. Running will be on the track, the very first thing we will test during tryouts on Monday.
