Hello all, I'm Mitch Hardison your new Automotive 1 and Auto Basics Instructor. Let me start off by saying thank you to the community and how excited I am to be a part of the Taylor ISD family. I've been in the automotive industry in one fashion or another for 28 plus years. I worked as a Ford technician via the Ford Star program at a young age to become a Master tech. I earned certifications in all 32 fields Ford required. I've also worked as a parts Manager and Director with Ford Racing Division before moving over to Wilwood brake company. While working for Wilwood I was able to travel to NASCAR and Outlaw Sprint car races, all over the country. I've also worked in the movie industry building cars for commercials and movies, which allowed me to finance my love for drag racing over the last 28 plus years. I added a few pictures of my cars to show the classes the variety of vehicles I've had the pleasure of owning and driving over the years. I'm excited to be here at the High School and I look forward to meeting everyone over the years to come. "Once a Duck Always Duck"
