Velasquez places First in Agriculture Technology and Communications Contest

Sierra Velasquez placed First in the Brushy Creek District speaking contest and will be competing in the Area contest on Friday, May 10th. According to teacher Haley Kelley, Agriculture Technology and Communications participants may choose any current or future subject that deals with topics such as biotechnology, bio-genetics, bioengineering, mechanical engineering, farm safety, use of technology, research, laser, satellites, computers, journalism, communications, social media, public relations, etc.
