Taylor 2017 Summer Strength Conditioning Camp:
The Taylor SSC camp is a six-week program which will focus on a combination of weight training, fundamental movement instruction, core strengthening and aerobic/anaerobic conditioning with a goal of improving athleticism, quickness, and injury prevention.
Camp Dates: June 5-8, June 12-15, June 19-22, June 26-29
July 17-20, July 24-27
Camp Times: Boys 7:00 – 9:00 am (7th -12th Grade)
Girls 9:00 – 11:00 am (7th-12th Grade)
